  Horrible! They don't stand behind their products anymore. My husband and I bought a sofa there, including their overpriced extended warranty. The "leather" sofa lost its finish and came apart at no fault of ours. The extended warranty company sent out a repairman that told us it was a piece of junk that he had a problem with all the time and in fact it wasn't leather. The next thing we know we get a letter telling us it would not be repaired. Badcock would not help or stand behind the product. We tried to return it they refused to take it back. Now we have new furniture and are returning it ourselves. I will never shop there again or refer anyone to them!
