  Please stay away from this company. We had a problem with Bermuda grass in our front yard. Their salesman, Ed Alba, assured us that their company could eliminate our Bermuda grass issue. We contracted with All America to replace the sod and their sister company, Earth Tech Property Solutions, to handle our weed control and fertilization going forward. All America did not kill off the Bermuda grass properly and within several weeks we have Bermuda grass growing up through our brand new St. Augustine sod. Rather than taking ownership for their mistake and addressing the problem, Ed Alba claims that birds or the wind caused our new Bermuda grass problem (although it is only a problem in the area of the front yard where his company did the re-sod work). Additionally, Earth Tech Property Solutions claims that they have no solution for Bermuda grass, a direct contradiction to what Ed told me during his initial sales pitch. Avoid these two companies at all costs.
