  I went to pick my prescription up at the time I set and when I got to walgreen they said they had to order it. Not one time did anyone call and say don't come we have to order the prescription

  I have tried twice in several years to use my insurance with Walgreens and they "can't find the info"either time. They didn't offer to call insurance and do the "work" to make money. Needless to say I went to Publix who iffered the same solution....none. My hats off to Celebration Health who miraculously was able to get the information...no questions...no hassles. And they apologized for it taking so long.
